Rusty Messer & Associates

Rasti went to the Law Center of Minami University, graduated with excellent results, and participated in both the review of the law and the Moot Court.   He is allowed to run in all courts in Louisiana and Texas, in federal courts in Louisiana and in the fifth appeals court of the District. He is a member of the U.S. Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the Texas government, the Federal Bar Association, the Baton Rouge Bar Association, and the 23JDC Bar Association.   With his degree, he worked for the Louisiana State Military Defense Force to commemorate his retirement.   Both state and federal courts have regularly dealt with lawsuits across Louisiana to address national issues.
