Tommy Pittenger received a law degree at a law school at Louisiana State University. His early career focused on major personal injuries, and he later focused on legal malpractice. Tommy Pittenger is involved in several areas as a community volunteer. Pittenger has been a IRIS Domestic Boreence Shelter executive for five years. Pittenger was elected to the Executive Committee of the Baton Rouge City Court with Judge Susan Ponder. Pittenger believes that he works with the homeless community in the streets of Baton Rouge, affecting the lives of all people regardless of size.
