Jubert has more than 10 years of courtroom experience in the states and federal courts of Louisiana and has conducted numerous bench and jury trials. Jhubert is a veteran of foreign wars who served as a military city king of Khalid in northern Saudi Arabia traveling between Iraq and Kuwait and engaged in desert defense and desert defense operations. He rendered distinguished service in the Louisiana Army Defense Force and the United States Army, and was awarded the Medal of War for Distinguished Service in the Operation of Desert Storm.
