He has been a member of the judiciary manager of a prominent lawyer who has been working for years at Martindale Hubbell. As one of the best immigration officials in Louisiana, he was repeatedly selected from the New Orleans magazine. Wehr is a writer and teaching immigration laws at the Southern University Law School. He is proficient in Spanish and Portuguese.
