The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has warned that weather could affect the construction schedule and change the closures. From Oct. 19 to Oct. 23, DOTD plans a full closure of the Interstate 10 eastbound to I-110 northbound ramp at Exit 155B, and a full nightly closure on I- 110 southbound from S. 10th Street to the Terrace Avenue off-ramp. From 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., DOTD also plans a mobile operation on I.10 eastbound and westbound from the College Drive exit to the Government Street exit.
