Man arrested after multi-month drug investigation in Baton Rouge
An alleged drug dealer was arrested after a multimonth investigation in Baton Rouge. Kyrus "Yea Yea" Palmer, an alleged drug dealer in Baton Rouge, has been arrested following a multi-month investigation by agents with the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office Special Community Anti-Crime Team (EBRSO SCAT). The EBRSO agents learned of Palmer's alleged involvement in selling meth and fentanyl, and used an informant to buy fentanyl from Palmer. During the investigation, agents observed several hand-to-hand drug transactions with Palmer. He was arrested on charges of possession/distribution/manufacturing of a Schedule II drug, prohibited acts, and unlawful creation of a clandestine lab.
