ViVi Bubble Tea, a bubble tea shop with bento boxes and street food, has opened its second Baton Rouge location at 8342 Perkins Road next to Rotolo’s and Bao Vietnamese Kitchen. The franchise, which has over 100 locations worldwide, opened its first Baton Rouge branch in 2007 and opened its doors in 2018. The new location was formerly occupied by King Kong, another bubble tea business. The owner encourages customers to draw doodles and positive messages on sticky notes.
