LSU vs. Kentucky Super Regional Start Time
In just Jay Johnson’s second season at the helm of the LSU baseball program, the Tigers punched their ticket to Super Regionals where they’re set to take on the Kentucky Wildcats. The No. 5 seeded LSU baseball program is set to face the No. 12 seeded Kentucky Wildcats in the upcoming Super Regional on Saturday, June 10. LSU is looking for their first College World Series berth since 2017 and the Wildcats are fresh off of winning the Lexington Regional behind big-time performances at the plate. LSU has won 14 of the past 20 SEC regular-season series against UK, including a 2-1 series victory earlier this season. The two teams have met on eight occasions over the past three seasons, and LSU entered the NCAA Super Regional with a 46-15 record, its best mark through 61 games since the 2015 Tigers were 51-10. LSU last weekend won the NCAA Baton Rouge Regional with consecutive victories over Tulane and Oregon State.

After coasting through Regionals with three straight victories over Tulane and Oregon State, this program is trending in the right direction with a chance to reach Omaha this weekend.
The No. 5 seeded Tigers will host the No. 12 seeded Wildcats in one of the more anticipated Super Regional matchups over the next few days. LSU is looking for their first College World Series berth since 2017, and with a fiery Kentucky squad in their way, it’s set to be a lively atmosphere in Alex Box Stadium.

The Kentucky Wildcats are fresh off of winning the Lexington Regional behind big-time performances at the plate. Against the Tigers, they’ll need much of the same with LSU hitting their stride as of late.
Earlier this year, both programs faced off for a weekend series where the Tigers ultimately got the best of the Wildcats, winning two of the three games.
LSU won game one 16-6, lost game two 13-10 and took home the series with a 7-6 victory in game three.
