SLU Nursing, Health and Human Sciences hosting Canines and Cupcakes
Southeastern Louisiana University’s College of Nursing, as well as Health and Human Sciences, are hosting the annual fundraising event Canines and Cupcakes Fun Walk. Southeastern Louisiana University's College of Nursing and Health and Human Sciences are hosting the annual fundraising event Canines and Cupcakes Fun Walk, set to take place from 10 a.m. to noon in Cate Square Park on Oct. 31. The event aims to offer education and fun sessions for the family, including well-behaved pets. General admission is free thanks to sponsors North Oaks Health, Ochsner Health, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, St. Tammany Parish Hospital and Woman's Hospital. North Oaks will provide free teddy bears and conduct a first aid workshop.
