Cowan, who was the Terriers' ace in 2024, posted a 3.35 ERA in 110 innings and threw three complete games, also struck out 124 batters this year. He did not pitch against LSU in the Chapel Hill regional, but shut out Long Island in six innings.

Cowan was the Terriers' ace in 2024, posting a 3.35 ERA in 110 innings. He started 17 games and threw three complete games, also striking out 124 batters this past season.
Cowan did not pitch against LSU in the Chapel Hill regional. Instead, he shut out Long Island in six innings of work. It was Cowan's only appearance in the regional.
